Identify and describe a company that uses multiple-server waiting lines. 3. Explain the pros and cons of the two types of waiting lines, and discuss what the companies can do to reduce customer wait times. Please do not use the companies in the video. Customer Queuing Systems (Links to an external site.) [Video, 3:20 minutes] This is an essay assignment. Please include a title page, introduction, conclusion, and references. Provide sufficient background information, and clearly explain your responses to each question. Excluding your title page, introduction, conclusion, and reference pages, this assignment should be 2–3 pages. Compose your work in a .doc or .docx file type using a word processor (such as Microsoft Word, etc.) and save it frequently to your computer. For those assignments that are not written essays and require uploading images or PowerPoint slides, please follow uploading guidelines provided by your instructor. Check your work and correct any spelling or grammatical errors. When you are ready to submit your work, click “Upload Submission.” Enter the submission title and then click on “Select a file to upload.” Browse your computer, and select your file.
